The recent update made to the wwPDB validation reports gives much clearer validation information for ligands.
Two-dimensional diagrams of key ligands, highlighting geometric validation criteria are now included, integrated from Global Phasing's buster-report. For structures determined by crystallography, 3-dimensional views of electron density around these ligands are also shown.
We also provide the calculated electron density map coefficients which were used to generate the analysis in the validation reports.
