We are working on aggregating and displaying all the data available for macromolecular complexes in the PDB and would like to learn more about the types of data regarding complexes that you find helpful in your research.
PDBe-KB () is a community-driven data resource at ÀÖÌìÌÃÓÎÏ·ÍøÕ¾ that integrates functional annotations and structure data from the PDB archive. We are currently working on collecting and displaying all the data available for specific macromolecular complexes in the PDB.
Answering the survey should take around 10 minutes and will provide vital information to help us shape future resources for macromolecular complexes.
